ROYAL MAYAN MASSAGE

In this massage we will use the 4 elements as the basis of Mexica medicine to raise prayers for those who are present and will receive this therapy. We start by performing a clean Energy with Fire🔥, Air🌬️, water💧 and earth 🌱

Later on a stretcher we carry out a full body massage with a copal candle that will help relax the muscles, in this massage the suction cups are already included (optional), some long stretches, a little Reboso, We will also make use of aromatherapy and music therapy.

En este masaje usaremos los 4 elementos como base de la medicina mexica para elevar oraciónes y resos para quien está presente y recibirá esta terapia. Comenzamos realizando una limpia Energética con Fuego🔥, Aire🌬️, agua💧 y tierra 🌱

Posteriormente ya en Camilla llevamos a cabo un masaje de cuerpo completo con una vela de copal que ayudará a relajar la musculatura, en este masaje ya se incluyen las ventosas (opcional), algunos estiramientos largos, un poco de Reboso, aromaterapia y musicoterapia.

PUREPECHA PREHISPANIC MASSAGE (LITTLE STEPS AND RUGS)

Este masaje se llevará a cabo sobre un petate de palma utilizando pies y rebozos tradicionales. Se realizada con el paciente acostado boca abajo comenzando con un masaje profundo con los pies del terapeuta (pisadita). Posteriormente se usarán los rebozos para ejecutar movimientos armónicos de pies a cabeza para ir liberando al cuerpo de estrés y tensiones musculares así como cerrar sus caderas y durante la sesión se ejecutará un ajuste quiropráctico.

In our Zapotec temazcal we preserve the traditional and ancestral practice from the Zapotec origins, essentially using the plant called "Gyag garsiin" in Zapotec. There are no botanical studies about this plant, however the ancient Zapotecs attribute multiple medicinal properties to it. This plant is collected in the mountains of the community a few hours before carrying out the temazcal.

En nuestro temazcal zapoteco preservamos la práctica tradicional y ancestral de los orígenes zapotecos, básicamente utilizando la planta llamada "Gyag garsiin" en zapoteca. No hay estudios botánicos sobre esta planta, sin embargo los antiguos zapotecas le atribuyen múltiples propiedades medicinales. Esta planta se recoge en las montañas de la comunidad a pocas horas de realizar el temazcal.
